Understanding Event Viewer

OK, following advice from this site, I have reinstalled Windows 10 on my computer. I was having issues with the computer locking up and the recommendation was to view event viewer to try to troubleshoot. Because the multiple errors identified and somewhat ambiguity, I reinstalled. While the computer has not locked up again (just completed the reinstall), I went into event viewer and found this:


Is this normal? Should I be concerned? Can't find much on web that helps me understand these errors. Also I have only loaded the video card and mouse driver. Thanks

Looks like its a common problem with windows 10. A few articles here about it.

I guess I'm also wondering if it is to be expected to even see any errors? Is this a utility that I should monitor occasionally as a way to prevent future issues?

If it's a common problem that Microsoft knows about, there will be a fix for it sooner or later.
