Unformatting USB Drive

I was planning on installing Linux onto my USB drive, and now don't want to. I had to format the USB into FAT and want to format it back to whatever it was. My question is, what file system (FAT, FAT32, etc.) are USB Drives usually in (I don't remember).

(it's a Lexar if that matters)

All of the drives i've seen are FAT32.

Yes, the USB drives are in FAT32, regardless of manufacturer/size of drive.
