here is my log. can somone tell me if its clean or there still some sneaky files on my computer.
please help. greatly appreciated, thanks!
every so often before i tried to clean it, there would be pop up from ewido saying some ##### file is trying access my computer.. and these NEW files would continue popping up.. once in a while.. and there would be this program on my "start => all programs" directory...even on my desktop.

what i have done so far
-cleanup!
-tried to find bearshare and parallel tasking.. neither exists nor existed on my computer
-housecall online scan (i seriously don't know if this online scan cleans anything... o_O)
-hijack this. i've cleaned a few files.. not sure if i got everything

question. is C://windows/AppPatch safe or not?
is C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe safe?

i think im clean. haven't had those ##### pop ups from any anti-virus programs on my laptop for like 2 days. hope it stays.
thanks!
should i be running a registry cleaner program everyone once a few days? or is it a one-time?

It depends how much installing\uninstalling of programs you do, once every couple of weeks should be fine.
