its possible. could just be software though.
only way to tell is by putting it at stock clocks and volts and then seeing if the same error comes up.
might be memory, too.

See what speedfan tells you. That can report on the rails also.

my PSU is a piece of crap and i know it
you think it's the reason ?

if you guys know the regulator that's in the mobo
it has been burned twice and i replaced it

i doubt it's the reason
