UniFi Access Point Disconnection

I have a Pro UniFi Access Point installed that disconnects users every 5 minutes. What could the issue might be? It seems that it is on a different channel from the other Access Points so I can't figure out what might be wrong with it. Any ideas please?
 
I would upgrade to UniFi 4.6.6 and give that a shot.

How many clients are on the AP? What is the signal strength of clients that are disconnecting? How many other access points are there on the same channel nearby?

Does this also include external sources?
This is important, because RF doesn't care if the access points are your network or not, any AP on the same channel will cause degradation in wireless performance.

Did you try upgrading to 4.6.6?
 
4.6.6 is the latest controller version and has the latest AP firmware bundled with it, yes.
