Uninstallation Question

Hi, i'm using Revo Uninstaller to kind of clean up my computer, and there are a bunch of weird applications that i'm not sure are ok to delete. They are all labeled in a similar way, ex {2670895A-4E6C-4450-B868-7B7DB80A3357}.
There are about 22 of these.

Can anyone tell me what these are and what they do?

if you dont know what they are then id suggest not deleting them.

download ccleaner. that does an excellent job of cleaning up.

I don't think those are programs but instead windows (super hidden) Folders - such as recyclers etc etc

That indeed is a Recycler. But why would that be in an uninstall list?
