Unknown Files on my Seagate HD

Hello good people

My Seagate Hd usb 3 Expansion one Tbyte, has files that I do not understand. I have other memory devices that are clear of everything except my own stuff. So
much nicer to use. These files iritate me, can I delete them?

Hello MuhlenKolsh, it's just that other HDs I have do not have other files on them and I wondered what they are. I'm elderly and not much computer literate. Sorry if I've been a nuisance.

Most external drives these days come with their software on them. The files in that image is normal. Those are files to install software for whatever operating system you are using. It's to manage that drive.
