Sounds like the BIOS chip has been corrupt or damaged. Have you tried clearing the CMOS with the jumper near the battery?

yes i have done that several times !!!
i have looked for any bios protection settings in the bios setup but no help !!

i am really pissed off !!
i have googled almost for 2 days !!!
its frustrating !!

look when i try to flash it it says unknown flash type ...isnt there a software which would just brutally force flash it

i have tried the /F option with awdflash nothing helps !!

Have you contacted your motherboard producer? They can help people with BIOS flash issues, it may just be removing the EPROM chip if it's a slotted one or the motherboard may need to be sent back if the chip's soldered on.
