Unknown processes

Hello, I've noticed some processes in msconfig that I'm not sure are completely legit. Could someone give some input? They are:

ctfmon.exe
hkcmd.exe
igfxpers.exe
igfxtray.exe

All in my system32 folder.

Also, another one is in that folder but has a different command: rlvknlg.exe -boot

Thanks!

The first ctfmon.exe is an MS file and normal to find. The description plus a warning about possible trojans using that name is seen at http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/ctfmon/

The second hkcmd.exe is for Intel type multimedia devices and should be left alone since it helps in configuration and diagnostics. The only time it should disabled is if you see problems with it active.

The igfxpers.exe file is found in NVidia software while the igfxtray.exe is intended for Intel chipsets. The four there are normal to find. The last item is one you will want to see removed! The description goes as follows.
Description:
rlvknlg.exe is a process belonging to RelevantKnowledge Adware. This process should be removed to ensure your personal privacy. http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/rlvknlg/

Once you disable this you should be able to remove the actual file manually. But you may still want to post a HiJack This log as well as using one or more adware removers like Ad-Aware SE Personal. http://www.snapfiles.com/get/adaware.html abd Spyware Terminator found at http://www.spywareterminator.com/

For the free HiJack This tool go to http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html
