unknown virus

There are four infected areas in my comp and its unknown and i dont know how to get rid it . I am not sure if this is the actual name of the virus but this is what i've found - exploit.MS04-011 and Exploit.MS04-011!CME-875. Path infected - C:\comment.htt , C:\Documents and Settings\user\avscomment.htt, C:\Documents and Settings\user\Devcomment.htt, D:\comment.htt . I dont know what info i should put on here because i'm not very sure with this whole virus thing it's my first time doing it myself and if anyone can help it'll be really appreciated because typing with this virus around is really annoying!

I scanned it very quick and did not find anything yet, I will look more closely today. In the meantime, I recommend running virus scans.

i did a few virus scans and those 4 will always come up ... should i just leave it or will it cause me trouble next time? and i have this problem where after a few words i type the words cursor thing will jump to somewhere else, is it due to the virus?

Antivir antivirus is probably the best you can get for free. It can be slightly obtrusive though.

Avast or Avg are good seconds.
