Unlock keyboard?

So I put together an old computer the other day, and I booted it up, and when on the BIOS screen it seems like it's working, but then it says "Unlock Keyboard" the bellow that, "Press F1 to resume." I press F1 and nothing happens, and I can't figure out what to do. So what can I do to fix this?

What is a key lock? It had a place where you put in a key to take out the hard drive, but I took that out and it wasn't connected to anything on the computer at all. What does a key lock look like?

On the motherboard around where the case connectioins go like power switch-power LCD there should be 2 pins marked something like lock or PC lock. You have to either put a jumper on them to ground it or take the wire connector off. It has to be grounded or ungrounded cant really remember been along time since I fooled with one.

I couldn't find anything that said "PC lock" or anything like that anywhere on the motherboard... is there anything else that this could be? It's starting to annoy me really, I've tried many things and nothing has gotten me passed that screen.
