Can somebody explain to me about the unlocked core clock multiplier?

its just an unlocked multiplier, so you can overclock through the multiplier instead of the fsb(or qpi), or you can use both and get really high overclocks

Just play with both and see what gives you the best OC speed and keeps you at temps and voltage.
