Unlocked?

its blurry, but as you can see, there arent any brown burn marks on it, so its not cut, so is my Mobile AMD Athlon XP 2500+ is unlocked in the sence i can push 'er to 3GHz??
 
ive read reviews, about this processor, the FSB can be jacked up to 200 (400 efective) and 15x multiplier... 200x15=3000

they would have burn marks on them from the lazer cuts
 
you'll probably see gold/copper in the laser cut groove if its not unlocked, that needs to be filled before you go connecting the bridges or they'll be grounded out. its nearly impossible to tell with the pic you have there.
 
sorry, lol, but on the processor, theres absolutly no burn marks, copper, or anything showing, so basically, the look intact
 
then i would imagine you should be able to join the bridges with out any problems at all, however i woud look out for a few amd unlocking sites to be sure... i used to go to one but i cant remember it anymore, it had a wierd name.
 
well, what im trying to say is, im not sure if they are cut or not, i dont think they are, i think this was before they started cutting them....
 
My mobile 2500+ hit 2.5GHz up from 1.8 with just a little added voltage, never did push it to the max, and the thing ran cool as hell too, never over 42C at full load (folding)

When I get it back Im gonna mess around and see what I can get it upto
