unlocking

I have a Nvidia 6200 AGP 256mb with the NV43 core. When i tried to unlock the 4 other pixel pipelines, it shows up as this:
but when i restart my computer it shows up as this:

this is wut the config thing looks like:

can my video card not be unlocked?
 
As MadModder said, it sounds like they laser cut the extra piplines. You may be able to try flashing the GPU BIOS with a BIOS that has the 4 pipes enabled, however if they are laser cut, then that wont work either.

The pipelines are so close together that you need special electrical circuit equipment to "reconnect" the pipelines. And my friends Dad who works for such a company, says the price to do that would be more then the card itself.

i wasnt serious. youd have to be pretty dumb to start throwing solder on a video card.
 
Why would you have to be dumb? What if you were replacing a capacitor or a resistor? You'd just need steady hands and a good iron to do that.
 
if your cards out of warranty then it wouldnt be dumb but soldering your card would immediatly void any warranty.
