Unseen partitions

I have a Dell XPS 420 with windows 7. I replaced the hard drives with 2 WD 2TB hard drives. I formatted the drives and partitioned them. Everything works fine except when I go to transfer anything to any of the partitions I can,t see them listed. I see them in the device manger, and I see them listed in my computer management, but not when I want to use them to store or transfer anything to them. I need some help because I'm fairly new at this.

Go into disk management and see if there are drive letters assigned to the partitions. Can you give us a screen shot of disk management?

It's too small to actually read what it says. But it looks like drive letters are assigned.
