Unsupported Video Card Connection

Hi there,

I have a problem with my PC and was hoping you could help...
A while ago I set up a dual screen system on my computer, I had one screen plugged into the default slot and another into my video card (Radeon X600) using an adaptor.

Recently however, my computer had issued and I had to replace the Hard Drive. Since then, I have only been using one screen - the one plugged into the video card, the other doesn't work. This hasn't been a problem, except now I need to switch back to using the default slot.
If I try merely plugging the monitor into the default slot I get the following message on start-up:

"Unsupported Video Card Connection - This computer has an add-in graphics card, but the monitor is plugged into the integrated video connector. Yadadada".

I've tried changing the settings so that the computer forgets about the video card and uses the integrated video connector instead, through the Display Properties (right click on Desktop -> Properties -> Settings), but only optons for the graphics card appear.
What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help?

there should be options in display options where you can choose dual monitor..

There is, but I no longer want to have dual montitors, I want to be able to plug the monitor into the integrated video connection.
Sorry if that wasn't clear.

hmm...try reinstalling the integrated graphic's driver. Also, there should be an option in the bios where you switch between integrated and agp graphic cards.
