Unsure about software license

Hi all, I'm new in here and this is my first time posting here, so please understand if my english isn't good, especially it isn't my native.

I'm working as teacher in highschool, and my school just been donated/gifted several computers by some companies. What makes me unsure is about software license. There are some softwares already installed, like Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2002, Adobe Photoshop 7.0, CorelDraw 12, etc.

My questions are:
1. How do I find out if each of those softwares aren't piracy or not?
2. If yes, can I find out how long or since when each of those softwares been installed on the computer?

I wish somebody can help me about this, because at the moment my school stopping using the computers for a while until we got some answers about the license.

Click "validate" and it will tell you if your copy of windows xp is genuine or non genuine.

right click my computer and select properties and that will give you some information about the pc and windows ,
updating the software your not sure about will usally tell you if its pirated
