Upcomming streaming/gaming desktop build (need advice on motherboard, case and powersupply)

Doing computer build and i have settled on most of the components, my main consern currently is the case, powersupply and the motherboard. im open to suggestions on the other major components as well.

My main consern with the power supply is if its powerfull enough to sustain a gaming keyboard a gaming mouse along with the other components.

The case i've read is not super big on case fans so i would like to know if the airflow is good enough. Im mainly looking for a quiet case but i dont want to go down on airflow as the cpu should get decently hot and not sporting watercooling might cost abit in terms of heat. I'm not using watercooling because im not intending on overclocking the cpu super hard if at all. and i want to eliminate as much noise as possible from the system.

my issue with the motherboard is that im not sure how long its going to sustain me for both in terms of lifetime and how easy it is to upgrade and compatibility with potential upgrades. If have any sort of opinion of how long it will last before future components are no longer compatible with it.

Theese are the components i have currently selected

Processor:
Intel Core i7-4790K - 4 GHz
CPU cooler:
Cooler Master Hyper 412S
Motherboard:
Asus Z97-P
Ram:
Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3-1866 DC - 16GB (2x8GB)
Graphics card:
Asus GeForce GTX 970 Strix - 4GB GDDR5
Harddisk 1:
Samsung 850 EVO SSD - 120GB
Harddisk 2:
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 - 2TB
Case:
Fractal Design Define R4 - Black Pearl
Powersupply:
Corsair RM550 (Modular) - 80plus Gold - 550W PSU
Trådløs netkort:
TP-Link TL-WDN4800 Wireless N Dual Band - 450Mbps

Any help/suggestions you have are very appriciated
Thanks for your help :)

As far as the PSU goes, I'd go 600W myself. Look at a CX600M.
Motherboard is questionable, as socket 1150 is on its way out, what with Skylake having released last week. It'll still last you a while but don't expect to upgrade to much of a newer CPU. I like Gigabyte boards myself and was going to recommend the GA-Z97X Gamimg 5.
For a case it should be fine. Just be sure to add two top fans if it doesn't already come with them and use them as exhaust fans.

Hi

I follow in terms of the powersupply, will be on the lookout for that CX600M

What you are saying about the motherboard was what i was afraid of, it dosent offer much in terms of upgrade ability. But there arent a whole lot of motherboards avalible in my country (Denmark) that support skylake CPU's and the few that do blow my budget to pieces

i've been getting good feedback on the case as well :) was just afraid they had sacrificed to much of the airflow for noise reduction

Thanks for the feedback, will be taking into considerartion

Ever thought of liquid cooling? Corsair offer some pretty awesome liquid cooling solutions, check them out. Not much performance difference unless you go with say the H100 or H100i, also giving your rig a bit of a more stealthy, low profile look. See the H100 & and H100i here:

Good luck! :)
(Thanks for the help and i did indeed consider watercooling but budget limitations current only allow me a quiet stock cooler, but ill manage. seeing the fact im not planning to overclock)

So yea, right now im stuck between 2 builds that cost the same
unlisted components are the same as listed in the original comment

6700K skylake + Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4-2666 DCl - 8GB + Asus Z170 (minues the 2 TB drive, have a few spare im going to be using)

4790K + Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3-1866 DC - 16GB + Asus Z97-P )

What do you think i should go with. basically how long do you think the 4790k rig will last me?

Tbh, it's whatever fits your budget and since they are both within your budget, it's whatever you prefer; newer processor or slightly older one, less ram or more etc...I personally use 2x4GB of HyperX Fury Black edition and it's awesome, gives my interior such a stealthy look as well as great performance. 16GB is a bit overkill if you are not planning to do any rendering, video editing or anything too extreme to the point where you'll be pushing your components to the limit. In terms with DDR3 vs DDR4, I do not know much about it other than DDR4 being a bit faster? A mod can correct me but I think that's the only difference. Good luck again! :)

The 6700K is a very good processor, but it's way more expensive than a 4790k (2700kr vs 3300kr).
Also, it doesn't come with a stock cooler, so you'd have to add another 250kr for a Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo (nothing cheaper that makes any sense here in Denmark)
What's your budget in kroner?
