Update BIOS?

The system BIOS is from the 12/10/06 & the video BIOS from the 07/09/06. Does it make sense to update?
 
To be honest the only time I update my BIOS is when I'm noticing a particular problem with various components and within the BIOS update information I notice that they have altered things in relation to what I'm having problems with. Basically, if it isn't broke, don't fix it :). If it's working fine without any issues what so ever, theres no real point in updating unless you find it necessary.
