Update error

Can someone advise me on how to get rid of this error. It happens randomly. See attachment.

Try uninstalling flash player using the following and then reinstall the latest version.

Thats the first thing I did was to uninstall and reinstall. No help.

But did you use the flash uninstaller tool?

No I downloaded and installed it from the internet. Where do I find the installer for flash?

The flash you used was the installer. The uninstaller was the link above he posted.
