update for the wii

um i have found out there is an update for the wii and i have only found that u can update it by downloading it from going online with the wii. well i am wanting the update but no way of getting it online right now i was wondering if there is a way to download it and put it on a cd and install it that way plz plz plz help me
 
if you dont have internet. usually for console they have cd's that came with game magazines that you can use :)
