Update Laptop Bios

I am trying to set up my computer for WOL. I can get this to work if I only put the computer into sleep mode. But I would like to set this up to work if the computer is shut down.

I been through my BIOS and I can't find an option to enable WOL.

Is it possible to update a BIOS?

Current BIOS is:

set it up to hibernate, thats almost the same as shutdown, and most systems can wake on lan if hibernating..
