HI ALL CAN ANY ONE HELP PLEASE i try to update my wifes pc windows 7 but it will not keeps saying failed kb2952664:confused:
 
Hello

This update is to facilitate upgrades to newer Windows versions. Many users have had that problem of the upgrade not working. One fix is to go to Control Panel\Programs & Features\View Installed Updates (Left Column Selection), Right Click on KB2952664, select Uninstall, Close Control Panel. Go back to Windows Update and Search for updates. KB2952664 will appear, run the update.
