Updated Drivers?

Right now I have integrated graphics, which really sucks. I'm saving money for a new card but in the meantime I need to improve my graphics. I've heard that being sure the drivers are all up to date can help. I have ATI Radeon Xpress 200 graphics card and was wondering what drivers I need for this? How can I tell if my drivers are not up to date?
 
If you have CCC the u can see it in the software section. Aside from that go to www.ati.com and go to the driver section and download the newest radeon driver (5.12) seeing as you have a Radeon version card.

I have that. How do I get to the software section?
