hey there i was wondering if this motherboard (ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe 790FX Socket AM2+ 8 channel audio ATX Motherboard)

and also will this AMD Processing chip (AMD Phenom II X4 920 2.8GHz Socket AM2+ 6MB L3 Cache Retail Boxed Processor)

The ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe 790FX motherboard has pretty good features. It uses DDR2 random access memory and will work with the Phenom II 920 processor.

The Phenom II 920 Quad-Core Processor is great upgrade from your Athlon 3700 Processor.
