Updating BIOS

I'm trying to update my BIOS so that I can overclock my Athlon II x2 215. The computer was pre-built (Compaq) so the BIOS has some features locked. I've been looking all over to see if I could find an update for it, but I can't. The ASUS website was of no help, as were the HP and Phoenix sites. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Specs:

Compaq Presario model CQ5210F
OS: Win 7 64-bit
Mobo: ASUS M2N68-LA narra5
Chipset: NVidia MCP61
BIOS: Phoenix 5.52

Your not going to find a bios update from Compaq to allow you to overclock. The only way is if Asus made the board as a retail and flash it to that model. But even then if there is a slight difference in spec. you will brick the board and make a door stop out of it.

Yeah is possible, its been done before. You would have to look around and see if there is one for that board. And if you trust it, like I said a bad flash will kill it.
