lol, i updated my bios from windows the other day. make sure u close all open progs wehn u do this. look up the ASUS website, find your mainboard, and dl away.
I want to update because I have an athlon 2200 but it only lets me run it at 1.3ghz and I thought it was a cooling issue but I replace the factory heatsink with a thermatake volcano and also bought some artic silver compound but no luck
