Hi all. i have a nvidia 256mb geforce 6200 Turbocache video card and just attempted updating my driver because a few games were really glitchy. After updating my driver, the games worked fine, but when i played videos on my computer, the default full-screen video on the secondary monitor was stretched vertically. whether it was widescreen or fullscreen aspect ratio, anything was stretched. even if i set it to display fullscreen on my primary monitor by default, it was stretched and cut-off.
in the menu's i can't change the tv's resolution anymore, but even when i could, it only changed the resolution, NOT the resolution of the full-screen video. it's the same effect whether it be winamp, windows media, vlc, powerdvd. I restored my computer and it works fine now, but i can't play games! ANY help would be really appreciated. thank you...
