Updating MoBo on a Dimension 2400, please respond

Okay -- I know there has been similiar posts, but none were quite specific enough. Please listen to my situation and advise.

I bought a Dell Dimension 2400 (save your comments) which has Pentium 4 2.8GHz, 512mb ram, and 160GB HD.

For Christmas, I recieved an ATI Radeon X700 Pro 256mb card which is PCI-Express.

My Dell has 3 PCI slots, none of which will fit with my card. I've come to the conclusion that I need to buy a new Mother Board, and with that, presumably, a new case and a new Power Supply. Could someone confirm that these are the ONLY 3 things that I need to buy to pull this off...

Please advise me on my selection to make sure these things will work, but here is what I had in mind:
MoBo: ASUS P4GD1
Case: Amamax Power Magic SW107
PSU: Power Magic by Xcase 460 watt P4 ATX Power Supply

So -- I by these three things... Mount my motherboard in this new case, along with the power supply. Take everything out of my dell, and plug it in to this mother board. Will that work, and allow my to utilize my new video card?

Thanks for any help and suggestions.

Pentium 4 2.8GHz
Is this a NorthwoodC or Prescott?

Correct :)

and with that, presumably, a new case and a new Power Supply
Most likely correct.

Could someone confirm that these are the ONLY 3 things that I need to buy to pull this off...
Depending on what you get, you might need to get new RAM but thats not likely.

1. What's the budget
2. Regarding the motherboard choice, considered the ASUS P4P800/P4C800 series?
3. For the power supply, you might be better off (or at least rest easier) with a more well known (and known to be to reliable) power supply :)

Take everything out of my dell, and plug it in to this mother board. Will that work, and allow my to utilize my new video card?
Should be it! :)

Ok --

That motherboard that you suggessted doesn't have a PCI Express slot which is the main problem with my motherboard now... the one I suggessted, the P4GD1 -- will it work with the rest of the components in my computer?

As far as the Power Supply, what would you suggest... Something that will definately work with the motherboard I'm going to get... Will most of them work together?

The budget is the lowest I can get for whatever will work successfully...

Thanks for the help.
