Updating my BIOS

If its not giving you any problems that last think you ought to do is screw with updating the bios, , you could go to asrock site and download there latest motherboard drivers!

coz i cant access my multipliers in the bios as i want to over clock it a little bit coz im bored. Just thought updating it wud help me do this?

the problem with the multiplier is... you can update your bios, but thats not going to help. the multipliers are locked by AMD/Intel.
if you want to overclock, you have to raise the bus speed, and put the memory on a divider :o

Most or all ASRock motherboards only have one type of overclocking feature, which is raising the bus speed. Most of them dont allow you to change the multipliers (up or down), and they dont allow you to mess with voltages.

Archangel is right, if you do upgrade the BIOS, you still wont be able to raise them because there locked by Intel or AMD.

Also note that most BIOS updates are just to add support for new CPU's and memory, they don't add new features too often.
