Updating old build, Need Help

I currently have a old build, that needs updating, I have around $500 to spend, need help on what I should upgrade!

Specs

Case: Corsair 200R
Power Supply: Thermaltic purepower 350
Motherboard: MSI MS 760GM-P23
Graphics: MSI AMD Radeon 7700 2gb
CPU: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz
Ram: 2x4gb 1333
Cooling: 5 Corsair 120mm fans
