Updating Video Card Driver

Hello
I am thinking about buying the "GECUBE X800XLA-VIVO Radeon X800XL 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 VIVO AGP 4X/8X PRO-Gamer CSCZ Edition Video Card" There is a newer version of the catalyst driver, but I do not know how to update the driver of video cards. Can anyone teach me how to upgrade drivers and where to get the drivers?
Currently, I also have a "PowerColor Radeon 9250" I am trying to upgrade the driver, but have no idea how to do that. I have a windows XP Pro SP2. They also say it would be good if I upgrade the AGP driver on my motherboard, but again, i have no clue how to do that. The motherboard I use is a ASUS P5P800S.
So actually, i have a few things i wish to upgrade drivers for, but don't know how.

I would appreciate your help.

One more question, Do you think the X800XLA-VIVO is good? I found this card at new egg, it costs 179.99

When I do buy a new graphic card, do I have to take all the things mentioned in tweakxp.com off before I install the new graphic card? Also, the bundle comes with a driverCD, can I not use that and use the one i downloaded from ATI?

You can just uninstall all ATI from add and remove programs, that should work fine. ATI should have a more updated driver than the one on the cd, but the cd has bundled software with it you can install, Plus ATI on the drivers page has a exe. you an download that will uninstall all ATI drivers
