Upgrade - $500 Budget

I'm planning on upgrading MB/CPU/RAM and am working with a budget of $500.00 What I'm looking at now:

Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 $169.99

CPU Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz $219.99

RAM G.SKILL Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 $74.99

Total 464.97

Any suggestions or recommendations are welcome!

unless you plan to over clock, the k is unnecessary, and if you are a aftermarket cooling system is smart, but not necessary unless you're pushing it hard.

For just 20 bucks difference, the 2500K is a better deal with the unlocked multiplier.

Because at some time he may decide to overclock which might not be for a few years,but the unlocked multiplier will help at that time.
