I was thinking to one of these cards for now. Which sucks but i'm tired of not having a working gaming PC. But I was thinking that these cards should last me a while. At least until June now and then i'll buy the 98xx card. I was gonna buy the card in April May but if I got this... i'll wait. But I am looking for the best worth while upgrade from my breaking 7900GT!

If you're planning on buying a new card in June, I'd honestly go with the 8800GT 512MB card. The G92 GTS is a great card, but for the money, the 8800GT just can't be beat. It will certainly let you play the latest and greatest games until June. I'm really excited to see how powerful the new 9 series cards are, too.

Anyone you'd recommend? I see a ton of options. Plus the GTS ones are G92 chips aren't they?

Should I also worry about compatibility with my Motherboard?

EVGA, first, If only because of their step-up. XFX, BFG, ASUS, most brands are pretty good choices.. Some offer a free game, personally I'd jump on those.

bout how much are 7900gt worth as of now?

Like, uhh, $140, give or take. If it's used abit less, IMO.
