Question:
Can this motherboard support a geforce5700, 6600, or ati radeon 9800pro (i can only go up to agp 4x)

Question:
Where can i find the proc on my motherboard. It says on the sight i can upgrade max to an intel p4 3.06ghz

Question:
Obviously i need a power supply upgrade. I found a 350w on ebay and i am pretty sure it will fit into my comptuer after checking the dimensions, it seems the power supply has the same dimensions as mine. The question is, is there a certain limit to the wattage my computer can handle?

Question: Is it worth investing time into a motehrbaord that can support agp 8x or should this suit my needs?

Question: Would it be worht having 1.5gigs of ram insteead of my current 766?

Info to help you answer my questions about computer use!
I like to game, i would like to play games like battle for middle eartm ut2k4, coutner strike, POSSIBLY half life an doom 3. However i am not the kinda guy who needs to run a game on the highest settings. What upgrades would suit this computer (if any) to run games like mentioned above at say a medium quality setting and run them well.

I would think that they would be ok

Open the case, you can't miss it. It will have the big heatsink with the fan on it :)

Yes and no. A motherboard with 8x support will support faster RAM as well as a slightly faster processor.

What you have should be plenty

As long as its a 1.5V card :)

Most stores will be able to get it for you :)

No. it draws what it needs

probably but youd then want to buy a different processor ... depends on the budget really

Would it be worht having 1.5gigs of ram insteead of my current 766?
On the current mobo, yes. On a new mobo, yes only because you wouldnt be running dual channel :)
