Upgrade Help..!

Couldn't quite find the right category for this, but I think it fits best here...

I've just bought a Fujitsu Lifebook B Series (the ones with the touch screen) model B-2281. I used one a few years back and they're great little portable machines, so I've finally dipped into my pocket and got myself one.

However, Ideally I'd like to upgrade it as much as I could, if that's even possible, as there's a few moderately system-hungry apps i'd like to be able to run on it if possible...

Down to the nitty gritty (all according to CPU-Z)...

Fujitsu FJNB150 board
Intel i440MX chipset
265MB SDRAM PC100
PIII 700MHz

I've been upgrading desktops for myself and others for years, and pretty much know my way around them, but this is a laptop and I have no idea where to go... I've tried searching around a bit but can't find anything helpful.

I'd love to know what I can upgrade the processor and ram to, if it's possible to do so.

Pentium 3? Even if you upgrade, the most i could say is a little more ram, i doubt you'll find much of a performance increase.

Nah, this is already a 2nd laptop.

It's only for taking notes in lectures and keeping me sane on long train journeys etc, I don't need anything any more powerful than a P3 for that.

Would just be handy if I had the option to make it run a little faster at some point in the future.
