My desktop is a HP Pavilion 734n and it currently has 512MB(DDR PC2300) memory. I did a crucial scan on my computer. My CPU is AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2400+ Model 8, Stepping 1 and it said that i could upgrade to 1GB DDR 2700 or DDR 3200 but i accidently bought the 1GB PC2-4200. Can i use this higher number with my computer or should i exchange it for the 3200?
