Upgrade laptop Asus X55VD with new processor

Good day! I want to upgrade my CPU on Asus X55VD. But I have a question. I read a few post and I see that an intel core i7 would work, but its price is about 40% of the price for the laptop, so I prefer to get a smaller one. Currently I have this processor:

Which is on 35W, but in the forums I see the maximum is 30W.

Since the i7 will be bottlenecked, I am thinking of getting an i3 processor, which of these do you think is the best, plus I understand that this will replace the integrated graphics of the old processor with intel HD 3000, I prefer to get the bestest graphics possible, since there is no slot for graphics?

Which processor will not be bottleneked but at the same speed with the rest of the hardware? Any suggestions not in the list are welcomed.
