Upgrade motherboard from P4 478 pins

Not a bad board. DDR2 800Mhz & up to 1333FSB, supporting the latest processors and 4 ram slots. However, you'll obviously still need a new processor, video card & ram (if your current configuration is as stated in your signature).

What CPU have you got? It is a LGA775 socket.
If you have video card and don't need onboard graphic, Just go for GA-P35-DS3L

By the way, are you sure u wnat to go for OEM version of Motherboard? Are you sure you could install everything without user manual?

Yeah, I will getting Nvidia GeForce7950GT 16X PCI from my freind for $100.

2x1GB DDR2 800 from Crucial for $52.

CPU is still undecided between Intel Pentium Dual E2220 @ 2.40GHz or Intel Core2 Duo E4500 @ 2.20GHz.

It would be nice to have back up if my video card.... dead. Right now [email protected] 478pins, I can install manual from Intel web site and prints it out.
