Which country are you from?
Assuming you're from Germany, here's a good PC for €565 (without OS)
  • NZXT Source 210: €47
  • Seasonic M12II-520: €56
  • AMD FX-6300: €86
  • Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P: €71
  • AMD R9 270X: €158
  • Kingston HyperX 8GB-1600MHz: €55
  • Seagate SSHD 1TB: €65
  • Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo: €27

I'd say its smarter to not re-use an old case like that.
If he does, he has hardware lying around instead of an actual machine. It's only ~€47 for a much better case.

As stated the only real reusable part would be the case. I'd chuck the PSU personally.

What are your uses/requirements, anyway?

Looks like Portugal is a bit more expensive than Germany.
  • AMD Athlon 760K: €75
  • MSI A88X-G43/Gigabyte F2A88X-D3H: €67
  • Kingston HyperX/Corsair Vengeance 8GB-1600MHz: €68
  • Corsair 200R/Coolermaster HAF912: €61-71
  • Seasonic S12II 520W: €70
  • ASUS/Gigabyte/MSI GTX 750 Ti 2GB: €130
  • Seagate SSHD 1TB: €68
Total: €549

The power supply. Don't get that one. Only get one from Coolermaster, Seasonic, SilverPower, Corsair, XFX and BitFenix. Maybe a few others I can't remember - but not that one.
And what about storage?

As stated, avoid that PSU like the plague.

You might also consider getting an H97 mainboard instead. You'll likely get non-POST behavior from an outdated BIOS using a Haswell-refresh CPU on a yesteryear chipset.

You'll probably have to compromise a bit to fit all of those within your budget.

my try to get a cheap ssd to stat off, i have a 500G external disk also that i store my personal stuff

RAM - Your mobo support up to DDR3 1600. No point getting DDR3 1866 unless it is cheaper.
