Upgrade NVIDIA GEForce4MX 420 Card

I have a Dell 2.4 GHz 8250 desktop with an NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420 video card installed. I'd like to upgrade the card while ensuring that it will be compatible with my existing system. I haven't been able to find any help on the net. Can anyone out there help me with this?
