Upgrade time!

So, I might not have a job anymore. The person who you babysit is in the hospital, you might want to think about buying the stuff with the money you have. I need a new monitor, a case, and a GPU, for $400 (very preferably less). It goes like this: $200 to $250 on GPU(s), $70 on case, $100 or so on monitor.

I am looking at:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009266 almost don't want this. Not a LED.
Or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824176250

HD 6950
Or
HD 7870
Or
HD 7950 if I am lucky
Or
GTX 660 Ti if I'm lucky
Or
GTX 660
Or
HD 6870 CFX
Etc.

Cases list is so large, and I am smart enough to pick a good case (will still post here, recommendations welcome)i just want to know if it's possible for a full tower for $70, or a large mid tower (big enough for CFX/SLI)?

OK well the monitor I would recommend is the one I have - the ProLite E2409HDS from Iiyama, but for some reason you can't get it on Newegg. Shame as the 1ms response time is very nice, as are the 3 inputs (VGA, DVI, HDMI).

If you have 200 to spend on a GPU, the 7850 is probably your best option http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102998

Not sure if it's possible to get a full tower for 70 or not.
