Upgrade to 64-bit

I have Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit Vista and I was wondering if there was a way I could upgrade to 64-bit without buying a whole new Home Premium 64-bit. Even if there's a download that I have to pay for, is there another way to get 64-bit other than buying a completely new CD?
