upgrade to a new card

I don't know, I just followed the dirrections 'Bigfella' gave and it worked for me.

While we're still on the subject, I was just looking at my driver in Device Manager and it said that my version was 9.02. When I reinstalled this morning, I DL'd v12.10. Could this just be a little glich with Win7?

It isn't necesary unless you are having issues. The process I outlined is just a sure-fire way of getting a clean install.

To the OP, FSX is CPU limited, so you will see improvements by OC the CPU.
