Upgrade to a windows 11 on a unsupported PC

I tried WinBootMate to upgrade to windows 11 on a unsupported PC and they said it was free and when I downloaded it and click on Burn they said it would cost me $30. Does anyone know how I can upgrade to Windows 11 on a unsupported PC?
