Upgrade to dual core and????

I want to upgrade my computer. I want to go dual core. Currently i am at 2.80 Ghz. Anything else i should upgrade to?
I am into
photoshop
Internet (Obviously):P
Advanced video editing (vegas etc..)
Music.

I am a noob so any good suggestions will be appreciated. My specs are below.;)

My budget dosen't allow to build a computer at the time. Unless i list it on ebay? Do you guys think it will sell?
I don't have a budget. I dont want a Really high end one but dont want a Really low end one.
 
In that case i think the 8800GT and an E8400 should do well, although they may be out of your price range.

Edit: The E8400 is not compatible with your motherboard. The highest i think it would accept would be the E7300. What PSU do you have?
