Upgrade Win10. 32 to 64bit?

I've tried installing 64bit windows over the existing 32bit OS but it won't work.
Made this mistake when downloading the OS. As a result, I can only use 4GB of my RAM, at a speed of 1600MHz..
If I have to clear and redo it, no worries. I only loaded games and needed programs for benchmarks.

You have to reinstall. 64 bit is only option IMO these days.

Yeah you need to reinstall. You can't upgrade from 32- to 64-bit without formatting and starting over.

Yeah.. Installed it on my old Dell Optiplex and then used the same flashdrive for my PC *doh*
