I Have A Twinhead A5000 Notebook 248mb 750mhz Windows 98se ,i'd Like To Know If I Can Upgrade The Intergrated Video? It Is Only 640 By 480 .i Can't Adjust It In Display Settings?
 
If you have integrated video, then you can't upgrade the video card. There are only a few certain notebooks which have integrated and a dedicated card, and those are new high-end notebooks.
 
Like [-0MEGA-] said, it’s not possible to upgrade the integrated video card, and I doubt it’s the drivers.. But, you maybe able to use a higher resolution by using an external monitor (only if your laptop has a VGA port).
 
Guessing its time frame from the specs given, I would say back then thats the best technowlogy they had for video :-p. I don't think you're going to do much better than 640x480 without a video card :(
