Upgrade?

My computer is pretty old, it is a dell dimension 4400. The only thing not stock in it at the moment is the video card. Yesterday we ordered 1gb of ram and a combo optical drive. I was thinking for my next upgrade I would get a new processor...the one in it right now is a 1.6ghz intel p4. The socket is 478 and the bus speed is 400 MHz. My only problem is that I am having a really hard time finding a better processor at this bus speed.

So then I thought about upgrading the motherboard and processor at the same time. Now my problem is I cant find one with an AGP 4/8x slot with PCI slots and the right memory standard(DDR SDRAM w/e it is). So my question is...what should I do? lol

Thanks

EDIT: I dont need any crazy high ghz processor, around 2.4ghz would work fine.

I recommend getting a new mobo and CPU all together... which would mean upgrading to a PCI-E graphics card...

You might be investing $300 or more, but it should be worth it.
