upgraded to windows 7 and my memory is full - help

1. We won't help you because you have most likely downloaded an illegal/non genuine version of an Operating System. You will need to buy a Genuine copy of Windows 7.

2. In order to do a fresh install you have to delete the existing partitions and repartition. But in order to do that, refer back to #1.

do u mean i need to downgrade back to vista?? and then delete existing partitions? if so, what steps to take exactly?
:o

Use a valid Genuine windows 7 install cd to delete the existing partitions and then repartition.

No you don't need to downgrade.Just boot from the Windows 7 DVD-ROM disk and when you get to the section with the partitions, delete them all and then create the new partition and then install Windows 7 on it.Or simply delete them all and install Windows 7 on the UNPARTITIONED SPACE.Windows 7 setup will automatically then create a partition for you.

NOTE: Before you do this,be sure that you have backed up all your important data (if any)...

By the way is that a legal copy of Windows 7 or not?
Because if it's not,we cannot help you since that is against the rules.
